What if the donor did not receive the consent text or email verification?
If the donor did not receive the consent text and/or email verification, the donor’s information was likely entered incorrectly. Go to manage donors and check the donor information. If there was a mistake, make the necessary corrections and then resend consent in the testing session. Sometimes, there can be a delay when sending the emails and/or text messages. The donor should always check his/her spam folder for the email.
