Why can’t I see my main headquarters on the Manage Locations page?

If you have entered your company’s main location in your main TestConfirm account, it might not show up on the Manage Locations page because it hasn’t been set as a shipping address yet. Since you might have a main company billing address and a separate shipping address, you need to enter them in your Company Info section seperately.


Only when you input the address as a shipping address (or click the box saying it is also your shipping address) does it show up in the Manage Locations list. You can do that by going under the Company Info menu item under your main company admin account. Click on the Company Info section, and make sure you have entered your Company Headquarters address as the shipping address for your company.
