How do I set up automatic inventory reordering notifications?

Go to the Manage Locations page.

Find the location you want to set up automatic inventory reordering for and click the purple “Devices” button.

Find the type of test you want to set up for automatic reordering.

Use the counter or type in how many of that type of testing kit you currently have in the “QTY Available” column. (This number represents individual kits.)

Use the counter or type in the minimum amount of inventory you want to allow for that type of testing kit in the “Min Inventory” column. (This number represents individual kits.)

Use the drop-down menu to choose how many cases of the test you want to automatically order in the Reorder Qty column. You can see how many tests are in a case under the name of the test in the Device Name column.

Click “Update” and the automated reordering will be applied.

When your inventory of individual testing kits hits the minimum inventory level, it will trigger the automated reordering of the quantity of cases you’ve specified.

For example, if your minimum inventory is 10 and your automated reordering quantity is 3 cases, the TestConfirm system will automatically order and ship you 3 cases when your test inventory gets down to 10.
