How do I know if I have an assigned TestConfirm Account Manager? What is the best way to reach to TestConfirm to get support?

Each premium TestConfirm account, after using TestConfirm for recording more than a certain number of donors, is automatically assigned a TestConfirm Account Manager. You can see if you have an assigned Account Manager, and what their contact information is by clicking "Your Account" on the top right hand side and choosing the Account Manager option.

The Account Manager is available to all users, including all Sub-Admins and Collectors. 

If you do not have an Account Manager assigned to you, do not worry. You still can get fast and friendly service from one of TestConfirm Sales Support Representatives by using the chat function, one of the online forms or one of the contact information below:
